https://zip.kiva.org/loans/11093 I was born in Kenya and raised in Kibera one of the biggest slums in Africa. Life was difficult as my parent were very poor and we could occasionally survive with one meal in a day. My parents could not afford paying fees for me and I depended on well wishers to pay the school. After completing high school I could not afford college fees so I was employed as a house girl and worked for three years. The money I earned though it was not sufficient I saved 10% of my salary which I later used to open a small business. My dream is to become a wholesaler in Kibera and start distributing Agro-vet drugs, feeds and supplement to other businesses rather than selling directly to customers.
